About AideClear
AideClear was built around a simple operating principle: routine compliance work should not depend on someone remembering to chase it.
Built by Ty Fisher of Fisher Software, AideClear focuses on the daily compliance work of home-care agencies. Agencies manage employee credentials, expirations, training, screenings, documentation, agency requirements, verification sources, reminders, and audit evidence. AideClear is designed to keep that routine compliance loop moving automatically and surface situations that need human judgment.
Why I built AideClear
Ty Fisher built AideClear around a practical goal: keep routine checks, employee follow-up, and evidence together so agency teams can see what needs a person’s attention. The requirement, the source, and the record of what happened should be available when the team needs to explain a compliance status.
What AideClear does
Detect → Explain → Fix → Verify → Prove
- Detect
- Find missing, expiring, incomplete, or unresolved compliance items.
- Explain
- Show the requirement involved and the source behind it.
- Fix
- Start routine employee outreach or a corrective workflow.
- Verify
- Check evidence and external verification sources where supported. Uncertain results stay unresolved.
- Prove
- Preserve compliance activity and the audit trail.
Know the scope
AideClear supports compliance operations and audit readiness. It does not replace legal advice or regulator judgment, guarantee clearance, or guarantee that an agency will pass an audit.
