- CSV roster import: Import workforce roster data for onboarding and updates.
When configured or authorized
- Brevo: Email delivery for caregiver requests and agency notifications.
- Twilio: SMS delivery for caregiver document requests, reminders, and approved notifications.
- Stripe: Subscription checkout and billing; used by AideClear's billing flow.
- Nursys / NCSBN: Not connected yet. Authorized institution access and connector implementation are required.

How to start with your existing records
Use the CSV template in the signed-in Integrations area. Review roster fields and import results, configure your agency profile, then add the evidence and verification information needed for applicable requirements. A roster import does not prove a credential is current.
Contact preferences, permissions, provider configuration, and safety checks still apply to automated outreach. Your agency does not need to maintain AideClear's managed communication or billing infrastructure.
